Welcome to My Blog

As the title suggests, I will be telling stories and expressing my varying opinions. And yes, they may be offensive. Not offensive in the way that you're thinking (by that I mean I'm not going to be flat out profane) more offensive in the sense that I'm going to say things that you might not like. I have a lot of opinions, and they're rather strong. You may disagree, but hopefully you'll find yourself slightly entertained, maybe just a little amused, possibly just a bit aroused (that's a joke, by the way). If you're even the smallest amount intrigued, then I encourage you to continue reading. I have much, much more to say.

I'm not going to make any excuses for my absence, you've all heard enough of that. Here's the thing, I don't really have anything to say right now. I really just felt like posting. I've given up on keeping up with Earl, he's most definitely surpassed me in post and follower quantity. No big deal. It's whatever. I really couldn't care less. His blog is more well liked. Fine. Good. Great! ... He's a jerk.

Anyway...

I got a new job recently. I quit my job at TJMaxx, which was relatively sad. I never really intended it as a long term position anyway. I'm now working at the UVU Writing Center. (Sorry to my friends at Crate and Barrel, but it's the greatest job ever.) I really enjoy it. I'm tutoring writing! I couldn't ask for much more than that in a part-time job. I work on campus, I have the same schedule every week, my coworkers and management are awesome. It's pretty good, I guess.

I've been doing a decent amount of writing lately. I've been doing a lot more brainstorming. It would be nice if I had more time to work on my fiction. I know what you're thinking, Why aren't you working on your fiction right now? You know what I have to say to that? This is my blog and your thoughts are irrelevant!

I'm sorry.

That was uncalled for.

I could be writing it right now. But Earl, Tayler, and Madd Dawg (a friend who is not featured in the Encyclationshipedia) are here right now, and I have a really hard time writing when there are people around. It's actually kind of remarkable that I'm able to write this, as a matter of fact. Traditionally, I need my space and almost complete silence when I write. That's hard to achieve right now, though, because I have a dog now. She pretty successfully occupies the silence.

I'll be updating the Encyclationshipedia here pretty soon. I need to add Joe to the list. He's become a pretty significant figure. Also, Jacob and Ty are home so I should update their entries as well.

That's all I've got for now.

I'll be back, eventually.

Until next time,
Steve
