Welcome to My Blog

As the title suggests, I will be telling stories and expressing my varying opinions. And yes, they may be offensive. Not offensive in the way that you're thinking (by that I mean I'm not going to be flat out profane) more offensive in the sense that I'm going to say things that you might not like. I have a lot of opinions, and they're rather strong. You may disagree, but hopefully you'll find yourself slightly entertained, maybe just a little amused, possibly just a bit aroused (that's a joke, by the way). If you're even the smallest amount intrigued, then I encourage you to continue reading. I have much, much more to say.

Just an Update

Well, hello. Today's post will mostly just be an update to bring you all up to date on what I've been up to up to date. Aside from Earl soiling his pants nothing of great interest has happened as of late. I know what you're thinking. If nothing of great interest has happened, then why should I keep reading? That's a good question, I have one as well. "If you're looking for something interesting to read, then why did you come here in the first place?" So there. School started up again, and I'm looking forward to a fairly simple semester, methinks. My classes don't seem terribly challenging, my professors all seem pretty great (with the exception of one) and I have classes with Funky and Jeff, which makes it all that much better. Also, I don't have to worry about any more shady KSL book deals, at least until the semester's over and I have to start selling back.
Another note, Funky and I were promoted at work and are now sales associates. It seems to be going rather well, at least now I don't have to explain that "I'm not a stalker, I'm a stocker" anymore. And on top of that we get to dress nice at work, which apparently makes people think that we're older than we are. (One of my coworkers thought I was twenty-five...) Funky's worried that dressing nice at work and being professional all of the time will force us to grow up, but I will resist growing up until the day I die. (?)
I think that there is no reason to rush into being "an adult". I accept all of my responsibilities, I'm not saying that. I just think that it's important to stay young at heart, and I'll be a kid for as long as I can. My dad has been that way and that's one of the best things about him, in my opinion. Growing up and becoming an adult doesn't mean we can't have fun anymore. I'll face my responsibilities in life with a smile and a few inappropriately timed jokes, because that's who I am. So I'm not worried about this job forcing me to be "an adult". (Please note the difference between "adult" and adult.)
So that's what is going on. I pretty much spend my days working or doing homework, especially since Tayler went back home, but I'll do my best to find time to bring you posts as often as possible. I started up a file on my computer/nook with ideas for future posts so I don't spend so much time rambling. I figured that a little bit of framework might help my posts a little. But maybe not.

Until next time,
Steve
